These Terms govern NegoMart, operated by NEGOMART ENTERPRISE, registration number 202603240826 (003888021-H), Malaysia. By creating an account, listing, offering or ordering, you accept these Terms and linked policies.
NegoMart connects independent buyers and sellers. Unless identified as seller, NegoMart facilitates discovery, negotiation, payments, shipping information and disputes but does not own or inspect every third-party item.
Eligibility and accounts
- Users must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting, or appropriately supervised where permitted.
- Information must be accurate and current. Users protect passwords, OTPs, devices and account activity.
- NegoMart may request identity, business, bank or verification documents for safety, compliance and payouts.
Transactions, prices and fees
A listing is an invitation to transact. An order remains subject to acceptance, payment authorisation, availability, fraud checks and cancellation rights. Quick Nego does not complete a sale until an order and payment are confirmed. Prices are in MYR unless stated. Buyers see mandatory charges before payment. The disclosed seller service fee may range from 10% to 15%.
Payments, shipping and returns
Approved third-party providers process payments when enabled. NegoMart does not store full card details. Sellers must not ship before payment confirmation. Returns and cancellations follow the Refund Policy and Malaysian law.
Prohibited conduct
- No illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, recalled or prohibited items.
- No misleading descriptions, pricing, reviews, availability or fee avoidance.
- No harassment, spam, impersonation, malware, unauthorised scraping or personal-data misuse.
Content, moderation and accounts
Users retain submitted content and license NegoMart to host and display it as required to operate and promote the marketplace. NegoMart may remove content or restrict accounts for breaches, fraud risk, user protection or legal compliance.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact Support@negomart.com. The registered SSM address is not a public customer-service, returns or postal address.
