Seller and Marketplace Terms
Verification
Sellers must provide accurate identity, contact, address, business and payout information. Business sellers provide relevant SSM and representative details. NegoMart may approve, reject, re-check or suspend verification based on evidence, risk and legal requirements.
Listings
- Own or be authorised to sell the item.
- Accurately state title, category, model, year, quantity, location, condition and defects.
- Show full price, mandatory charges, delivery, compatibility, warranty and return information.
- Use genuine photos or clearly label representative images; keep stock current.
Negotiation and orders
Quick Nego may use three stages: listed price, midpoint to private minimum, then private minimum. Only an order and confirmed payment create a transaction. Sellers must confirm stock, wait for payment, pack properly, dispatch on time, provide tracking and retain evidence.
Fees, returns and conduct
NegoMart may deduct a disclosed service fee of 10% to 15%. Proceeds remain subject to refunds, shipping adjustments, taxes, provider charges and chargebacks. Sellers must cooperate with returns and disputes.
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, infringing or prohibited products are banned. Buyer data may only be used for the transaction, support or legal duties. Breaches may lead to removal, restrictions, lawful payout delay, termination or reporting.
Seller warranty
Sellers warrant that listings and goods comply with law, do not infringe third-party rights, are safe for intended use and match their description.
