Data we collect
- Identity, account, contact, seller, SSM, address, payout and verification data.
- Listings, offers, orders, refunds, disputes, shipping, reviews and support communications.
- Payment references, method type, status and limited metadata from payment providers—not full card numbers or security codes.
- Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, cookies, logs, photos, videos and messages.
Purposes
We use data to operate accounts, listings, negotiation, orders, payments, delivery, reviews and support; verify users; prevent fraud; comply with law; improve the service; and send service or permitted marketing messages.
Sharing and transfers
Relevant data may be shared with transaction participants, payment providers, banks, couriers, cloud and security vendors, advisers, insurers and lawful authorities. We do not sell personal data for money. Overseas processing is subject to reasonable safeguards and applicable requirements.
Retention, security and rights
Data is retained only as reasonably required for transactions, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations, then deleted, anonymised or archived. Subject to Malaysian law, users may request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, opt out of marketing and complain.
Cookies and children
Essential cookies may support authentication, security, carts and preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will be identified when enabled. NegoMart is not directed to children under 18.
